i was in tortilla heaven!!!
oh how i missed CORN tortillas!
corn and flour tortillas in all sizes
and great prices are available here!
(shoot i thought. this place was so authentic
i needed spanish. i wanna learn spanish!
and yes, i do find my french useful!
well, for reading labels and instructions anyways!!!

mimi's cafe is one of
my fave chinese chicken salads.
the grilled chicken breast
& romaine lettuce spell quality.
cilantro and green onions give
a salad a unique flavor that i like to
add to my salads.
and mandarin oranges give
a splash of sugar and color!

(altho since being back it's not on the menu,
i've found that i can request it!!! sweet eh?)
