if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it'd be chinese chicken salad. in fact, i think chinese chicken salad says a lot about me, except i'm not chinese. ha ha it's a staple in California Japanese cuisine and so c'est moi in a nutshell.
i'm back from 2 years in Japan and got some things to say as my two worlds collide.
